Now, as we speak, our dossier documents are being courier-ed to the Chinese Consulate in Chicago for approval there and we hope to be in that wonderful position of "DTC" or dossier to China after that! Assuming the Consulate is timely and we are DTC by the end of the month, that means an LID (or log-in date) 2 weeks following and we are eligible for referral by June, a mere year from officially beginning this process!
